Beth Tikvah Foundation of Hamilton offers part-time and full-time opportunities with a generous compensation package. We strongly believe in the professional development of our employees through extensive employer-paid training. In addition, we make every effort to promote from within so that our employees can strive to build meaningful careers. We generally hire part-time staff and promote from within the agency to fill full-time openings.

We typically seek applicants with at least one (1) year of professional experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities; who also possess post-secondary education in the field of Social Services or other related fields.
